Ascend Fitness's training philosophy is based on functional movements that help clients improve their overall fitness, mobility, and strength. Primary focus is on proper form and technique to prevent injuries and maximize results. Muscle is the most protective organ of your body. More muscle (within reason) means better health. Transforming your body composition to favor muscle will help to burn away unwanted body fat, and strengthen your body, improve your mood, and increase your stamina, energy, and help to prolong your longevity. At Ascend Fitness, our goal is body transformation and increasing cardio efficiency to make you the best version of yourself. Come as a complete beginner who is new to strength training, an intermediate lifter, to refresh your knowledge of up to date modalities of training, to improve your sports performance, or just to take the guesswork out of your journey to better health and wellness.
Ascend Fitness uses a variety of equipment, including free weights, resistance bands,Olympic rings, and cardio machines as well as body weight exercises. Training programs are customized based on the client's goals and preferences.
Training sessions typically last 45-60 minutes, but can be adjusted based on the client's schedule and availability.
